About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Analyst to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for providing all facets of analysis and asset management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general asset management and maintain portfolio databases, including tenancy schedules.
  • Monitor external property managers and assist in the process of internal and external valuations.
  • Prepare budgets and financial modeling of assets, as well as assist with cash flows.
  • Provide asset management reporting across the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in property, finance, banking, or a similar field.
  • High financial aptitude and commercial acumen.
  • Strong experience using Excel and Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
