Job Title: Packing Specialist

Location: Australia

Reports to: Production Shift Manager

Purpose: To work as a key member of the production team responsible for maintaining daily disciplines to efficiently and safely prepare and pack products within a factory environment.

Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
  • Prepare and pack products according to specifications and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and practices.
  • Ability to lift and move products safely.
