### Role Overview

Queensland Health is embarking on a significant digital transformation journey, aiming to deliver safe, effective, and accessible healthcare to all Queenslanders. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing an integrated electronic Medical Record (ie MR) across all public hospitals in Queensland.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage business analysis activities within IM/ICT projects, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Develop and document current state and future state business processes, services, and roles
* Establish new services, including support and transition to business-as-usual within a large and complex Information Management (IM)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment
* Provide strategic advice and direction to both your team and stakeholders
* Lead, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders

### Requirements

* Proven experience leading and managing business analysis activities within IM/ICT projects, preferably in the healthcare industry
* High level of knowledge of and the ability to provide advice on the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 3.0 (BABOK)
* Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders
