Warehouse Support Assistant

As a Warehouse Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining stock systems and ensuring smooth operations. Your passion for efficiency, teamwork, and customer support will shine through in this dynamic retail environment.

  • Stock Management: Unpack, label, and organize merchandise with precision and care.
  • Delivery Processing: Receive and process incoming deliveries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Equipment Handling: Operate machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, and trolley with ease and confidence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all stock movement.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure store floor and stockroom standards are maintained at all times.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting the team. If you have experience in a retail storeroom environment, customer service, or machinery operation, we'd love to hear from you

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail storeroom environment preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate various machinery with training provided.
  • Able to work unsupervised and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Able to lift up to 15kgs and wear a headset to communicate with the team.
