Drive Transformation through Innovative Automation and AI Solutions

The Technology Transformation & Operations team is seeking a skilled Automation and AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI enabled solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing robust AI agents using Python.
  • Implementing AI agents that can execute tasks autonomously and interact with users through chat, notifications, and actions.
  • Integrating Azure AI Services for natural language understanding, summarisation, and form extraction.
  • Developing secure and scalable Connectors and API integrations between business systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in automation and AI specific engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  • Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
  • A deep understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
