Job Title: Ai Engineer - Innovator

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Ai Engineer to join our team of innovators. This role will focus on developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prototype, build, and productionize AI-driven developer tools using Python, with occasional TypeScript and .NET touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, education partners, and stakeholders to ensure robust, well-documented, and seamless integration into our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Rapidly spin up AI-powered developer workflows, validate them, and harden successful spikes into production-ready components.
  • Create and maintain prompt libraries, CLI tooling, and CI/CD pipelines that make agentic capabilities plug-and-play for engineering teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years building production-grade Python services or AI integrations.
  • Comfortable reading and contributing to C#/.NET Core libraries and CLI tools.
  • Hands-on implementation of multi-agent or search/optimization algorithms, with an ability to balance research requirements and practical constraints.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code to automate build, test, and deploy processes.
  • Curious and collaborative spirit, with a user-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
