About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our concession pads, driving customer engagement and team performance. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences through sophisticated sales skills, product knowledge, and strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring seamless interactions at every touchpoint.
- Empower staff through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration, promoting a high-performing team environment.
- Work closely with leadership to develop effective concession pads that meet business objectives.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and maintain back-of-house administration.
- A proven track record in similar roles, supervising teams of up to 5 staff members.
- An independently motivated leader who can work autonomously while contributing to team success.
- A supportive leader who can motivate and mentor staff to achieve their goals.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, assisting in driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
- A keen eye for detail, passion for styling, and visual merchandising skills.
- Experience working with large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of our organization and alignment with our values.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
