Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Goodstart Early Learning is a leading provider of early childhood education and care services across Australia. As a Casual Educator with Goodstart, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with children, families, and colleagues to deliver high-quality educational programs.
Salary: The hourly rate for this position is between $34.62 and $38.99 per hour, plus a casual leave loading allowance, reflecting the importance of your role in providing exceptional care and education to our children.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Wonthella. As a key member of our centre, you will contribute to the development and implementation of engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Actively participating in the design and delivery of the education program, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Supervising children at all times, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and fostering strong relationships with families
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to education and care, and supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing professional development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, be willing to travel between other local services, and have flexible availability between Monday and Friday (6:00 am and 6:00 pm). Your excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for lifelong learning, and passion for early childhood education will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and their families.
