Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in employment services with knowledge of disability support principles.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet participant needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Self-motivation, autonomy, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail, high standards of professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
  • A current driver's license, as travel throughout the region may be required.
