Key Infrastructure Services Officer

As part of the Infrastructure Services Division, this key role will support the governance and delivery of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Design, Construct and Maintain (DCM) agreements.
This position requires someone who can effectively engage with schools and private facilities management operators to track, assess and help manage works, risks and performance.
About The RoleThe successful candidate will take a lead role in managing PPP and DCM contract deliverables, performance issues, and reporting.
- Work autonomously to analyse contract, project, and asset data, identifying risks and recommending practical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with school leaders, FM operators, and other stakeholders.
- Review and improve processes, systems, and reporting to enhance service delivery and data integrity.
This includes responsibility for:
- Managing and monitoring operational and contractual obligations, including financial and asset management activities.
- Providing timely, accurate, and practical advice to schools, FM operators, and internal stakeholders.
