We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Accounts Receivable Specialist on a fixed-term contract until September 30th based in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are properly billed, and payments are collected on time to improve cash flow and minimize overdue balances. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and various Technogym departments to facilitate financial and accounting processes.

Your Impact:
  • Monitor and manage overdue balances and accounts receivable daily
  • Notify the sales force and Financial Controller about outstanding balances and ensure proper collection procedures are followed
  • Support the Sales Team in negotiating payment terms and collections
  • Ensure that Company Credit Management procedures are implemented according to local requirements and HQ guidelines
  • Reconcile bank statements with accounts receivable records
  • Verify consistency between bank statements and customer statements
  • Maintain and update the customer database together with the Customer Service team
  • Coordinate with external consultants/legal counsel on collections when necessary
  • Ensure accurate reporting and analysis of overdue accounts
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and credit partners to optimize collection processes
About You:

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable handling customer relationships, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely collections.

What You Should Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role
  • Strong knowledge of collections, Accounts Receivable and Credit Management
  • Understanding of payment terms, banking and risk assessment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in trade financing, risk management and capital investment practices
  • Knowledge of commercial law and vendor agreements
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
