About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Relationship Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with community groups and individuals, working collaboratively to enhance service quality and connection within our region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and individuals to promote inclusive and accessible health services.
  • Work closely with volunteers, community organizations, and staff to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve service quality and connection within our region.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in a community-focused role or similar environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
