Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Strategist to play a critical role in driving technical excellence and direction to our implementation engagement teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to software quality by clearly communicating defects to Technical Support and Product Management, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

You will manage multiple technical initiatives across various projects simultaneously, applying a result-driven approach while maintaining project schedules. As you advance in your career, you may be responsible for tracking project progress, allocating resources, and mentoring junior consultants.

To excel in this role, you should possess experience in methodology-based solution delivery and customer expectation management. Strong client interaction, problem-solving, and long-term solution recognition skills are essential.

This position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for gathering and understanding requirements in the financial sector.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in XML, XSLT, ERDs, Tomcat configuration, N-tier application architecture, SOAP/XML messaging software, RDBMS, Java, C#, Windows, Unix, ETL Tools, SCM, Perl
  • Bachelor's Degree from a leading university or college in Finance, Business/Mathematical Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in the Financial/Financial Software Services industry

The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written language skills, familiarity with at least one SCM tool, and knowledge of Design Patterns.
