Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive our implementation strategy and ensure seamless delivery of post-production services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for hand-off of post-production bug fixes and enhancements planning, ensuring timely delivery of subsequent mini-releases.
  • They will monitor and evaluate post-production service level results and client satisfaction, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  • Our ideal candidate will conduct thorough tests or test planning sessions, providing input for feasibility assessments and preparing user documentation and follow-up evaluation reports.
  • They will coordinate with the testing team to develop requirement traceability matrixes, process change matrixes, and user acceptance test cases to ensure user requirements are fulfilled.
  • Regular communication of marketing initiatives status is required to various stakeholder groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years experience as a technical analyst who can prepare delivery into production, post testing activities
  • Requires advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work with management and staff employees
  • Influencing and engaging teams in meeting agreed upon outcomes
  • Communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders to engender trust and commitment
  • Splunk reporting, ServiceNow experience (as Service Owner/SDM), CMDB concepts
