Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

You'll work closely with the head of home to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing. As second in command, you'll:

  • Nurture relationships between residents and their families.
  • Train and develop carers and nurses.
  • Oversee clinic operations, from inventory management to compliance and reporting.
  • Develop clinical care programs to enhance resident outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an honest and ethical leader with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. You'll also require:

  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current registration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursing management role at ward level or above.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and budgets effectively.
  • A background in Aged Care with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
