About This Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer to work on various high-impact projects in an urban development setting.

  • To be successful, you will deliver civil design solutions of the highest quality across multiple projects.
  • You will contribute to budget development and fee proposal preparation.
  • Detailed civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities will be undertaken.
  • Collaboration with architects, landscape architects, and other engineers at project meetings is crucial.
  • Scheduling and reporting support for project management activities will also be provided.
  • Bids, proposals, and business development initiatives will require your assistance.
  • Improvement in engineering processes and delivery is vital for continuous success.
What We Are Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering is essential.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with NER accreditation is required.
  • At least 4 years' experience in civil design for land development or brownfield projects is necessary.
  • Solid technical expertise in civil design, knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes are needed.
  • Familiarity with brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource management is desired.
  • Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project is expected.
  • Experience in QA processes and design reviews is beneficial.
