About the Position
  • Lead structural design and documentation for projects across residential, commercial and community-scale infrastructure
  • Conduct design reviews, ensure compliance with industry standards and manage project documentation
  • Engage with clients, manage contracts and negotiate effectively
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality structural designs for various projects, ensuring precision and excellence in every aspect.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in structural design with expertise in concrete, timber framing and masonry
  • Strong communication and leadership potential
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to changing project needs
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be based on the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane, with flexible working options available.
