Position Summary

 

  • A dedicated and skilled Server is required to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Server with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, working effectively in a team, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

 

  1. Ensuring prompt and attentive service to customers
  2. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items and beverages
  3. Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  4. Handling cash and credit transactions
  5. Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and addressing any issues promptly

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

 

  1. 2+ years' experience in a fine dining restaurant as a Server
  2. An articulated knowledge of Sequence of Service
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods
  5. High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
