About the RoleThis leadership position involves managing a multidisciplinary team, optimizing workflows, and monitoring service provision with minimal direction. The successful candidate will provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services to patients, clients, and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the radiography team.
- Develop and implement protocols for medical imaging services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and NSW EPA licence to use radiation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage a team.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or senior management experience.
