Business Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our People Programs Team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the HR Technology landscape and experience implementing complex HR tools as part of a broader technology roadmap. Workday HCM experience is essential.

This role will focus on partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and translating these into clear problem statements and paths forward.

You will bring clarity to chaos through translating assumptions and ambiguity into clear and defined functional and non-functional requirements.

As an integral part of project delivery, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting processes in order to identify opportunities for optimisation.

You will create test plans and scenarios from the given requirements or projects, present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders and sponsors, and drive alignment on a path forward.

Collaborating with your core project team, partners across IT, procurement and finance, and stakeholders across the People Group will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and challenges
  • Translate requirements into clear problem statements and paths forward
  • Document processes to identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Develop test plans and scenarios
  • Presentation and stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR Technology landscape
  • Experience implementing complex HR tools
  • Workday HCM experience essential
