Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to lead our commercial legal work.

  1. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong leadership skills to join our team.
About the Role:
  • Advising on general commercial contracts and legal frameworks;
  • Leading or contributing to projects such as contracting playbooks and risk frameworks;
  • Supporting the implementation of consistent workflows and guidance material;
  • Supervising a junior lawyer and supporting their growth and development;
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership; and
  • Managing relationships with external firms.

The successful candidate will have at least 7-8 years PQE and prior in-house or public sector experience. Key attributes include sound judgement, strong communication and stakeholder management, ability to guide and support junior team members, interest in building out systems and improving legal services delivery, and a collaborative mindset.

A broad commercial experience across contracts and commercial projects, coupled with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services, makes this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual.
