Workplace Transformation Lead

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive workplace evolution and service delivery across our geographically dispersed portfolio. As the Head of Workplace, you will be responsible for shaping workplace strategy, building trusted partnerships, and mentoring a high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational growth and development. You will report directly to the Executive, Property Operations, overseeing workplace services across multiple locations.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive workplace strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of Workplace Managers to foster a culture of customer centricity and service excellence.
  • Oversee the management and delivery of workplace services, including executive and board services, front of house concierge services, events and hospitality management, visitor management, on-site support services, catering, kitchen and utility services, carparking, end of trip facilities and mail services.

As a natural people person, you will establish trusted relationships across the organisation. With a proactive approach and commercial acumen in workplace operations, you will stay ahead of market trends and leverage industry insights to evolve workplace strategies and services.
