This role is a high-impact opportunity for individuals who excel at delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
As an HR Customer Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking advice and guidance on human resources-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Delivery: Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Enquiry Handling: Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently, using discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy, legislation, and business processes to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and maintain data records in our customer management system to support efficient enquiry resolution.
- Candidate Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 6:00pm.
- Essential Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.
