**Description Overview**:
The Customer & Product Specialist - Hospital role is primarily responsible for the management of all Hospital & Surgical Wholesalers in Australia & New Zealand, as well as direct responsibility for all Hospital customers in New Zealand - developing relationships and providing exceptional customer service to drive Perrigo growth. A key output for the role is to provide robust intelligence to the monthly SIOP process accurately forecasting future demand.

Secondary is the responsibility for providing support to the Key Account Management team - working closely with the commercial team to develop customer focused sales material to highlight Perrigo Australia product benefits, driving brand growth. In addition, responsibility for the smooth operation of all conference attendance, for both Hospital & Women's Health, which is critical for interacting with our customers.

**Scope of the Role**:
**Duties include**:

- Wholesaler Management of all Australian Wholesalers
- Product Specialist utilizing deep understanding of the brand / product and the customer
- New Zealand Hospital Business Management
- Australian Surgical Wholesalers Management
- Customer forecast input into monthly SIOP process
- Responsible for all Customer Conferences

**Experience Required**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of the Australian & New Zealand Pharmaceutical wholesale segments.
- The ability to create meaningful relationships with new and existing key accounts influential bodies at a state or national level.
- The ability to develop and present product knowledge presentations to a variety of internal / external customer groups.
- The ability to create, develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing collateral for target products and customers.
- Proficient in excel, word, power point and ability to learn new programs for example SAP.
- Numeracy and literature - capable of writing reports / proposals for review by senior management and undertaking data analysis of core market and account data.
- The ability to work closely with and develop supportive relationships with members of the H&S team.
- The ability to manage internal projects and project teams.
