Fleet Replacement Leader Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the design, construction and delivery of NSW SES Operational Fleet assets to meet agency operational and capability requirements. Key objectives include aligning fleet asset management plans with agency goals and managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering purpose-built, highly capable fleet assets for NSW State Emergency Service operations. They will work closely with volunteer-based teams supporting communities of NSW and be responsible for effective stakeholder communication, collaboration and relationship-building.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing people">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders">
  • A strong understanding of NSW Government Procurement, Supply and Fleet policy and practices">
