We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospital Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our major healthcare infrastructure project.

Job Overview

The Integrated Nepean Hospital project involves the design and construction of new state-of-the-art hospital facilities to meet the growing healthcare needs of Western Sydney. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the project's administrative functions, ensuring compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts.
  • Oversee the project's financial and office administration, maintaining accurate records and cost control.
  • Assist the Project Manager with the preparation and review of the monthly project report.
  • Develop and manage your own work schedule to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in contracts administration within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, contract law, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management and financial systems.
