Senior Project Coordinator
Location: North Ryde (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)
Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Are you a confident and capable Senior Project Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career?

We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major $20 million digital transformation, and we're looking for a driven individual to support the successful delivery of high-impact projects-with the opportunity to step into project management responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, scheduling, risk and issue tracking, and reporting
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams
  • Assist with governance and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and help drive project milestones

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Coordinator in complex environments
  • Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • A team player who's eager to learn and grow
