Disability Support Worker Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. Our mission is to provide individualized care and support to clients of all ages in their own homes.

This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides exceptional support and care to individuals with disabilities.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • NDIS Worker Check (valid for 5 years)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • First Aid HLTAID011 (face-to-face) and Manual Handling certifications
  • A Driver's License and a clean, roadworthy car
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
  • Two professional referees and current visa
