What You'll Do
  • You will be working with elderly clients to maintain their independence or assisting people with disabilities to achieve their goals

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the aged care or disability space
  • A genuine passion for care work and excellent communication skills
  • An adaptable and organised approach to work
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
  • Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
  • National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or current NDIS worker screening check
  • Current First Aid, Manual Handling and Hand Hygiene certificates are highly regarded
  • Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare
