Finance and Administration Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial operations? We are seeking a skilled Billing & Receipting Officer to join our team on a 3-day a week, temporary part-time assignment.
About the Role
We offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Billing & Receipting Officer to provide operational support to our finance team. As a key member of our Finance and Administration Team, you will be responsible for generating invoices and account statements, receipting and allocating payments, performing accurate account reconciliations, and corresponding with internal and external stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in financial operations, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience with technology systems such as TechnologyOne or similar ERP systems.
