Job Title: Senior Video and Audio Synthesis Research Scientist

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of research scientists to spearhead AI video generation initiatives, ensuring cutting-edge models are both innovative and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor a team of research scientists specializing in video synthesis.
  • Strategic Direction: Define research agendas aligned with product goals, particularly in AI-driven video creation.
  • Technical Oversight: Guide the development of models utilizing diffusion transformers, GANs, and autoregressive architectures for video and audio synthesis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into the platform.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the organization in the AI research community through publications, conferences, and open-source contributions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in machine learning techniques pertinent to video synthesis, such as diffusion models and GANs.
  • A strong track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products.
