This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to spearhead innovative AI video generation initiatives. As a Research Science Lead, you will oversee a team of research scientists focused on developing cutting-edge models that transform text and images into high-quality videos.

You will lead the strategic direction of the research team, ensuring alignment with the company's product goals. Your expertise in machine learning techniques pertinent to video synthesis, such as diffusion models and GANs, will be invaluable in guiding the development of models utilizing these technologies.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will coach and mentor team members to deliver impactful scientific contributions. You will also partner with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into the company's platform.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products. You should possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
