Locum Stroke Physician or Neurologist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Stroke Physician or Neurologist to provide high-quality medical care to patients in the stroke unit at Toowoomba Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Providing daily ward rounds and emergency hyperacute stroke consultations.
- Managing patients for hyperacute stroke, including CT perfusion reading and thrombolysis, as well as assessing patients for clot retrieval.
Requirements:
- Specialist registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in hyperacute stroke management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
