As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal. Your friendly and approachable nature, combined with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to provide personalized support to our customers and help them with their queries.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be required to work as part of a close-knit team, supporting each other to achieve our goals and objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to lift up to 16kg of mail regularly and stand for long periods of time.

About the role:
- Job type: Permanent Part Time
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day
- Pay rate: $27.48/hour (increases to $29.37/hour after 3 months)

- Experience in customer service or cash handling
- Fitness to lift up to 16kg of mail regularly
