Debt collection field officers play a crucial role in the customer service team of an organization.

Job Description:

As a debt collection field officer, you will be responsible for visiting customers' premises to discuss outstanding debts and develop rapport by asking the right questions to reach a solution that works for both the customer and the business.

You will engage with customers face-to-face, providing empathetic support to vulnerable and hardship customers while managing customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, sound knowledge of collections processes and systems, and well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).

Additionally, the successful applicant will have related experience in a similar role and a valid Victorian driver's license.
