Business Development Leader
We're on the hunt for a seasoned leader to spearhead our retail operations. As a Business Development Leader, you'll be responsible for driving success across multiple locations, fostering high-performing teams, and crafting exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.
This role is your chance to take charge of sales performance, team engagement, and operational excellence in an Australian-born brand known for innovation and quality.
- Sales Mastery: Oversee revenue growth, develop strategic initiatives, and drive results-driven decision-making.
- Leadership Development: Coach, mentor, and empower Retail Leaders to achieve success and create world-class customer experiences.
- Visionary Merchandising: Champion our brand's vision by transforming in-store interactions into immersive brand moments.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Innovation & Growth: Drive strategic initiatives, continuously improve the in-store experience, and stay ahead of the competition.
You'll be successful if you have:
- Proven success in leading multiple retail locations, with at least 2+ years of Area/Regional Management experience.
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, storytelling, and sensory immersion are key skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, able to develop and empower high-performing teams.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, problem-solving and thinking big while executing the details.
- An eye for visual merchandising, understanding how to create an inviting and commercial shopping environment.
- A love for premium products and a genuine appreciation for chocolate.
