Aircraft Maintenance Professional

Job Overview
  • We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance professional to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various aircraft types under supervision, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  2. Carry out maintenance of aircraft components as directed by the Engineering Manager or Supervising LAME, utilizing technical expertise and knowledge.
  3. Maintain personal tools and toolboxes according to established maintenance procedures.
  4. Complete accurate and thorough maintenance documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  5. Ensure aircraft maintenance meets licensing requirements and complies with industry standards.
  6. Identify potential hazards and report them using a dedicated safety reporting system.
  7. Carry out regular servicing of ground support equipment as instructed.
  8. Manage engineering duties professionally, including communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Previous mechanical maintenance experience from Aviation, Marine, or Automotive industries.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions.
  3. Well-organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  4. Professional attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with staff and crew.
  5. Able to work occasional shifts for 24/7 operations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Desirable Criteria
  1. Completed or currently undertaking Cert IV / Diploma in Aeroskills (Mechanical), with a desire to progress with licensing.
