Job Description

We're seeking a visionary Design Lead to inspire and guide our talented team of designers. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for leading design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet both timeline and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of creative designers, offering mentorship and insightful feedback to foster their growth and success.
  • Dive deep into user needs, conduct comprehensive user research, and turn feedback into innovative design solutions.
  • Develop and uphold design systems that ensure visual consistency and quality across all our products.
  • Play a key role in shaping our product strategy and roadmap, aligning design initiatives with our business goals.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure a unified product vision and seamless execution.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field, showcasing your deep understanding and creativity.
  • A track record of leading and empowering design teams with great mentorship skills.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and turning insights into impactful design decisions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining design systems that ensure consistency and elevate the user experience across products.
