Selection Criteria

  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Familiarity with RMS, NewBook, and Rez Expert booking systems
  • Ability to learn and apply our systems and processes
  • Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
  • Professional stakeholder interaction

Requirements

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check Clearance upon on-boarding
  • Working with Children's Check
