- Provide a warm welcome to owners and guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
- Share your knowledge of the local area, helping guests discover hidden gems and making recommendations that exceed their expectations.
- Utilize all communication equipment, including telephones, fax machines, and computers, to ensure seamless communication with guests and resort operations teams.
- Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and livestreams, and building rapport to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community and meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
This role requires flexibility, including availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
- A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
- High levels of computer literacy and previous experience with a PMS system (e.g., HiRUM, Fidelio, Opera).
- The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
