Master Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
This role oversees the management of all construction aspects on Crown Castle projects, including vendor selection, on-site coordination, and ensuring timely completion according to agreed-upon timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal departments such as Fiber Engineers, Utility Relations, Network Real Estate, RF Engineers, Product Development, and Procurement.
- Advise and influence Network Managers/Supervisors in construction work matters.
- Participate in vendor selection processes and manage external vendors for timely project completion.
- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years construction experience and one (1) to three (3) years direct telecommunications Small Cell Construction experience are required.
- Prior knowledge of Telecommunications Outside Plant Construction techniques, including aerial & underground, and Small Cell Construction is a plus.
- PMP certification can be advantageous.
- A personal commitment to safety, integrity, and ongoing professional development is essential.
