Role Summary:

The Manager - Office of the Chief Executive at the Department of Health, Tasmania, is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a seasoned leader with experience in supporting senior executives and navigating complex operational and business issues. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to the Chief Executive and the Executive Team, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders on operational and business issues impacting the Chief Executive and Executive Teams' responsibilities.
  • Attend meetings, chairing as required, and actively participate in Quality & Safety and Work Health & Safety processes.

  • Competitive salary: $150,796 per annum + 11.5% superannuation contribution.

Requirements:
  • Holds a Bachelor of Paramedic Science or relevant leadership/management qualification.
  • Current Driver Licence.
