Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused ServiceNow Project Manager to lead critical platform migration, transformation, and uplift projects.

This role involves leading the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, control, and closure for ServiceNow platform enhancements and migrations. The successful candidate will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. A comprehensive project plan, timeline, and resource allocation strategy will be developed using appropriate methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.

  • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial forecasting and reporting to ensure delivery within constraints.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, coordinating with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates on progress, milestones, risks, and budget.
  • Develop and execute a change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of new ServiceNow features and processes by end-users.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience with a track record of delivering complex ICT projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least two significant ServiceNow implementation, migration, or platform uplift projects.
  • ServiceNow knowledge of standard modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
  • PM Methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, and/or Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Leadership & Communication skills to manage senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Financial Acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications ServiceNow CSA or other relevant certifications; PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is a plus.
  • Experience delivering projects within government or large enterprise environments.
