Operations Team Facilitator

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support operational excellence across our national village network.
This is a key coordination role that ensures our operations team functions smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
About the Role- Provide high-level executive support to senior management, including calendar, travel, reporting, presentations, and email management
- Coordinate regular operations meetings and forums across the business
- Manage core business processes and documentation systems
- Facilitate the delivery of critical team meetings, forums, and reporting
- At least 3 years' experience in high-level administration or coordination roles
- Strong skills in document management, executive support, and business reporting
- Experience maintaining Share Point and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and managing confidential matters
