About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Advisor to join our team at WorkPac, working closely with Rio Tinto's Traditional Owner Partnerships & Heritage Management Team. This is a 6-month opportunity to demonstrate engagement and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support internal project teams to ensure technical compliance to existing agreements and commitments.
  • Project manage, analyse and research strategic direction for partnership and agreement improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, including monitoring frameworks.
  • Support agreement modernization through drafting, review and analysis.
  • Write internal papers to influence strategy and plans.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal and contract reports.
  • Proficient with drafting and preparing agreements, contracts, policies and internal reports.
  • Strong researching capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • C Class Drivers License.
