This role carries the responsibility for branch performance, emphasizing safety and achieving key performance indicators related to revenue, fleet utilization, and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to inspire, mentor, and cultivate your team to excel, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to Coates' customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
  • Inspiring and guiding staff to deliver exceptional customer service – satisfied customers are repeat customers
  • Developing optimal solutions for our clients – preparing quotes, processing purchase orders, and managing hire agreements.
  • Overseeing Asset Management
  • Managing branch financials and KPIs related to fleet availability, utilization, and customer loyalty.
