Employment Advisor - HR Operations RoleJob Description:

The Employment Advisor, reporting to the People & Culture Manager, plays a pivotal role in our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include preparing and issuing employment contracts, managing records within the HR Information System (HRIS), collaborating with payroll for accurate data processing, and ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Deliver exceptional onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Review and update policies to guarantee compliance.
  • Oversee immigration checks, visas, and certifications.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment campaigns and documentation.
  • Track workforce metrics and create monthly reports.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or administration.
  • Detailed knowledge of Australian employment law.
  • Experience with HR systems and data reporting.
