Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and lead a team of LV mechanics and apprentices
  • Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure key performance indicators are met
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high standards of quality
  • Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Collaborate with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence
Requirements
  • Qualified Automotive Technician
  • Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate and mentor a diverse team
  • Organisational Strength: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload, and resolve conflicts
