About the Role

This position requires a compassionate and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of clients. As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A current National Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
