Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Professional.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering personalized support to clients in a group home setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering personalized support in a group home setting, assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and administration of medication.
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community, promoting independence and choice-making skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress, reporting on well-being and safety.
- Current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
- Able to travel locally across the Northern Beaches.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including awake night shifts, morning, day, and evening shifts.
- Attractive hourly rate, starting at $43.24 + Super + Penalty Rates.
- Opportunity to complete a nationally recognized qualification, including Certificate III in Individual Support.
